How to join the “Take Your Pet to the Vet” campaign
Joining is simple—just follow these steps:
- Find a participating clinic

Call the clinic to schedule your pet’s health check-up. - Mention the campaign when you visit
On the day of the appointment, tell the clinic staff you are joining the “Take Your Pet to the Vet” campaign. - Receive the Pet Health Passport after the check-up
After the check-up, you will receive a “Pet Health Passport” with the veterinarian’s recommendations and assessment. - Redeem your rewards
- Royal Canin: Scan the QR code on the inside page of the Pet Health Passport. After successful registration, you can redeem one bag of dry food or one box of wet food for free (the product will be based on your pet’s needs). A dedicated staff member will contact you with redemption details.
- Antech Diagnostics: Rewards can be redeemed directly at the clinic.
- OneDegree: After successful registration, we will issue the promo codes electronically.
